Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MagBak pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures your wardrobe update is completely stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
